Oscar had one or two bad fights. He beat Tito, and maybe lost to Sturm, and both were very much more exciting than any of Shakur,s fights. I have never seen Shakur in a good fight. His bad fights are the rule not the exemption. Oscar was an ATG. You should never compare him or any ATG to Shakur. He is going to be just another super skilled guy that makes no money, because people can't stand to watch him so therefore will not pay for it.——-
If Navarrate is an entertaining fighter, he should be able to handle Rigo 2.0 easy.
Shakur would mop the floor with Navarrate. After that, would you then put the Los Santos fight behind you or are you one of those who believes one lackluster performance defines a fighter.
Oscar LITERALLY ran from Tito the last 4 rounds. Oscar got the biggest gift of the year with his “win” over Felix Sturm. Nobody talks about those fights but Shakur has a lackluster fight and he is the most “boring” fighter ever.Comment

This is gonna make a certain segment of fans mad but it's 100% accurate. Not a fan of Stevenson but he would make Navarrete look like a novice. If Robson could outbox him then Shakur would have him swinging at shadows all night. Love him or hate him, Stevenson is a master at distance and timing which spells poison for fighters like Navarrete.Comment

Eh, in terms of providing an entertaining showing to the viewers, Navarette I'd say certainly did his job. Just because the end result was a draw doesn't make it less entertaining if the action and excitement was there...and a fight with ton of punches thrown around by challenger and two knockdowns in 12 rounds was well worth watching.Comment

No doubt, point taken! However, the setup was for a Stevenson vs. Navarette fight! No one is wanting to see that now, because Shakur fought too cautiously, and Navarette had a draw @ 130, with a guy Shakur dominated, so he's not a credible threat to beat Shakur @ 135!Eh, in terms of providing an entertaining showing to the viewers, Navarette I'd say certainly did his job.
