Joshua must make risk because Wallin is a big risk for him if he wants to be in position to fight for title again and this is fastes way to do so, because it is easy fight to arrange because Hearn copromotes Hrgovic.

Hrgovic stated that he would love to fight Joshua for title more than Wallin because Joshua figh gives him publicity and when he beats Joshua his stock would rase a lot. So, from that point of view that is a smart decission, only problem is if Wallin beats Joshua.....

Also Joe Joyce made a big risk with ZZ and that risk was unnecessary, so look at him now. When he will get his title shot?? Never probably. Do you think that Joyce is happy with his decission to fight ZZ? I think no. Only reason why he accepted ZZ fight is because he beat Hrgovic in amateurs and he tought OK if Hrgovic beat ZZ I will do the same... I am not happy that Hrgovic is fighting Mark but his team is making sure that he gets title shoot. Why risk it all at this stage becase if he losese he will never get another chance bcs he is not popular fighter from big market.
Wallin is the IBF #2 & Joshua #3… Joshua would have to win this in an eliminator to be in line for the vacant title fight.

Zhang vs Hrgovic was for the interim title .

Im not sure if the belt just falls on Hrgovics lap if it’s vacated though , the rules in the IBF state a vacant belt must be fought with the two top ranked guys and has no mentions of a Interim champion situation .

This is actually worse than his last opponent. At least I'd heard of McKean. Well, this is the first dud of the card.

David Haye stopped him in one round about 8 years ago. I at least remember his name from that

Who is counting? Hrgovic will fight for the IBF world title. I'd rather him face someone better, but it is time. Here are the current IBF ratings.

Who will take this title fight?
                  1 Filip Hrgovic Croatia (HRV)
                  2 Otto Wallin Sweden (SWE)

I definitely would've preferred Hrgovic vs. Parker/Sanchez/Bakole, but Bakole did just fight recently. I can't blame Hrgovic for playing it smart, but his fight is definitely skippable.

                      My predictions on the Heavies
                      1. Wilder-Parker is very competitive and could go either way. I think Wilder is slightly favorite but I won't be surprised if Parker wins, particularly after Wilder's inactivity.
                      2. Joshua-Wallin is a straight-forward easy win for Joshua. Wallin is way, way overrated, and has no power. Joshua dispatches him quicker than Helenius.
                      3. Dubois-Miller is exciting but I think Miller's tactics and pressure may just be too much for Dubois who may crack under the pressure. I slightly favor Miller in this slightly.
                      4. Hrgovic - Mori is a joke of a fight and the easiest fight on the card.
Overall, Dubois-Miller may be the most exciting fight on the card.
