You can "train" for 12 weeks, but it depends in how you train and what you expect. Fury was spot on and knew exactly how to beat Wilder, Klitschko, Whyte, etc. He trained hard in those camps.

A 12 week training camp is too long for a HW. They don't cut weight. Much of boxers in the lower classes entire camp is cutting weight to make weight.

Fury obviously didn't expect a fight like that. He is showing alot of respect for Ngannou, classy of him. Not that his haters will give him any credit.

Ngannou humbled Fury. Fury talking real instead of hyperbole. Refreshing to read. If Fury can destroy Usyk in February, the Fury-Ngannou rematch becomes a monstrous fight for boxing.

I think Fury's plan was just to cruise to victory without spending too much energy and not getting injured, because the Usyk fight. So he came in very nonchalant .. and paid for it. He still won, but it was a bad look.

Also, if you do your ring walk with a heavy costume. You gas out.

Francis was an experienced fighter, that's the truth. He knew how to fight coming in because he fights in competitive sports. He had to make adjustments in a boxing ring. He knows how to throw a proper hook, strong uppercut and he has a good jab. Tyson came in as his coach to help him make the proper adjustments as it comes to boxing. For the most part it worked because Francis already has experience in the ring/squared circle. MMA fighters these days are getting better and better at boxing. The fight with Francis shows that. Maybe 10 years ago the gap between MMA striking and boxing was a lot further. Not these days. I don't understand Fury when he says he trained for 12 weeks. Even if he didn't bring in Sugarhill in the last 4-5 weeks, shouldn't Fury have been doing regular roadwork, hitting the pads and the heavy bag? WTF was Fury eating during training camp? When Fury weighs in at 260-265 lbs, he is sharp. I hope that he respects the sport by coming in lighter and in much better shape when he fights Usyk.

Training for the rematch? Scamming. Putting up a straw man, just to knock him down.

And the start of the fight was a perfect example of his lack of respect for his opponent, he ran in with his signature left hook, right hand and didn't set it up behind the jab like he normally does just emphasising his complete lack of respect for Ngannou and how easy he expected this fight to be.
Exactly. He thought it was going to be a knock over job and so did nearly everyone else. Francis over performed and deserves respect but there's no way fury or his team thought this was gonna be a hard nights work it's why they was shouting about the usyk fight before hand telling him he had to sign for December 23rd or be in breach of contract playing them mind games.

Fury did a few weeks for this camp his brother basically said it the next day saying sugar hill didn't come over to England till 4-5 weeks out before this fight. It backfired on them even tho he got the decision because the performance was so bad against a guy making his debut as a boxer. he looked awful. no timing. Looked slow and flat. Wasn't conditioned to go ten rounds because he thought he could turn up in whatever condition an walk through this guy. He was in better shape and prepared better against chisora even tho he'd battered him twice before and could beat him with one hand but he showed him more respect than he did Francis

Selling more of his lies. He said 14 weeks in another video. He had a fat camp with his dad and Mike Tyson. All you had to do was look at Hill's face post fight. He is selling a rematch bc AJ and Wilder are all over the Ngannou fight (easy payday and KO) and he has no interest in fighting Usyk in April. Of course boxing fans will face for this nonsense
