Who has Janibek ducked? The "champion" ran from him when he was mandatory. Fought a voluntary and a mandatory, then a unification. Call him a duck when he actually ducks someone, because he's the only one in the division to date who's actually fighting. Called Adames out already and Adames is making "side of the street" arguments?

Arum should pull some weight, contact PBC offer Janibek vs the Lara vs Garcia Winner & that winner should face the Charlo vs Adames winner making the undisputed MW champ a highly likely Canelo opponent after Benavidez.

I'm actually praying that anyday now Haymon is going to announce that PBC is going to ESPN and he has merged with Arum to start a promotional company called TOP RANK BOXING CHAMPIONS. LOL! no seriously tho i'm one of those PBC fanboys (haha) but i'm also a Top Rank fanboy seeming as though they were in business 40 years before PBC. Carlos Adames looks like the one making a big issue of the promotional differences. If you truly want the fight, say so. Why even mention which promotion Janibek is with? If you're interested, you simply say, let's make the fight happen. End of story.

IIRC, Adames got dropped by TR after he lost to Teixeira. That may explain some of the animosity.

Adames only has the interim WBC title, so his fight with Janibek can't count as a unification. WBC is really screwing Adames and the MW division by not stripping Jermall. Adames fought four months ago with no scheduled upcoming bout.
