Bud could bag some rounds here an there but I doubt he'll have same speed and power at 168 to keep the ginger at bay therefore losing most of the rounds...
I can imagine a scenario where Bud simply outboxes Canelo, but he won't KO Canelo and he most likely won't be able to absorb his power, either.
I’m with you on the Bud outboxing Canelo easily , especially this version of Canelo
Bud’s ring iq is something that Canelo never had and never will
The power is debatable
, either he can handle it or he can’t at all
I still favour Crawford as I see him as the superior fighter in all aspects besides the weight swing
I really don't want to see Canelo vs Crawford. I want to see Canelo vs Benavidez. Crawford hasn't own it to fight at 168. If Crawford wants to fight at 168, he needs to fight the loser between Benavidez and Andrade. But I guess he won't because all he wants is a big payday.
Tarver is a smart guy and 100% right about fighters staying active. Charlo being off for over a year hurt him more than anything else in the fight vs Canelo. I think Crawford fighting Canelo personally would be a repeat of what Mayweather did to Canelo in 2013. Canelo got outboxed and beaten up. However, there would need to be a catchweight of 162 lbs for them to make the fight. The size advantage against Crawford would favor Canelo. This is why I think Canelo would take the fight knowing that he would have the size and strength advantage. Anybody that moves, sticks out a hard jab at Canelo followed by a right hand and has the engine to keep it up for 12 rounds will beat Canelo. Bivol and Mayweather did it, Bud can do it as well. However, Bud has to crack Canelo really hard at the start of the fight to get his respect.
Look at what the ****** media is focusing on another circus fight.
Another 2 fighters in different divisions. They just can't get enough of Cnelo, the face of boxing.
They want the bulk of the budget concentrated on just one guy or two again. The rest gets crumbs.
What a ****** sport.
