The thread asks who you think could beat Calzaghe from Hopkins resume apart from a Prime Roy. Your answer is irrelevent, not to mention inaccurate.

LOL at any vesion of Hopkins beating Eubank. The same Hopkins who went life and death with Segundo Mercado?! Eubank would beat that verison of Hopkins.

You think no version of Hopkins could beat Eubank? Really...you base this on?

I read it once - you laughed at the notion that any "vesion" of Hopkins could beat Eubank. Now read my post again...what do you base this on?

FYI: I hope not the first Mercado fight. Because you'll have a tough time explaining to me how any version of Hopkins could lose to a guy who sc****d by Sugar Boy Malinga.

Calzaghe beats all the guys on both Hopkins and Jones' resume, imo.

But the James Toney that Jones fought would be the toughest fighter for Calzaghe and maybe even come really close to beating Calzaghe.

Potentially, Joe could defeat all of them, but we will never know, given the fact that he never fought any of them...
There are definitly some guys on that list that could potentially beat him based on skill sets, and not weight.

But to be fair, both Hopkins and Jones would beat all the fighters on Calzaghe's resume too, imo.
