I keep telling everything this. As long as inactivity doesn't cause him issues, Andrade gives anyone problems. People are sleeping on him.

Benavidez is a come-forward fighter. Andrade is a come-off-it fighter.

Benavidez wears down opponents, Andrade wears down paying audiences.

Benavidez hasn’t been terribly active lately. Andrade hasn’t been terribly active in any of his 32 fights.

      Benavidez by UD.

He can’t break egg at 154 now he’s in with a big SMW who walks around 200 pounds plus. Benavidez will walk through his punches and win easily.

it’s a very poor fight, Andrade isn’t a 68 fighter. He’s got no options left after ducking Janibek and is basically looking for a payday and this the biggest he can get.

Let him beat Bivol then he shout for the fight. Andrade has ducked a lot of fighters including Jailnak

Benavidez is not a 168lb fighter - he didn't look great at 160 despite he somehow grasped a belt. This is a bit similar to Danny Garcia >>
Garcia was fantastic at 140 (Andrade was good at 154),
Garcia was competent at 147 (Andrade was adequate at 160),
Garcia has no business being at 154; even less at 160 (Andrade has noo-noo business fighting at 168)

I don't know about that. Andrade is 6'1" and very solidly built. He's going to be just fine at 168lbs, maybe better than ever. His problem won't be the weight, but rather the possible ring rust for being out so long.

Benevidez picked Andrade over Morrell for a reason.

Why has he waited until he’s 35 to box at 168 then? He’s not a SMW anymore than Jermell who also is 6 foot and solidly built. He looked soft and weak at 68 and he’s probably a harder puncher at 54 than Andrade.

weight categories exist for a reason.

Yeah, Idk, we'll see. Jermell didn't look like he added an ounce of muscle for the Canelo fight, but I do think Andrade is a naturallly more muscular guy, top and bottom, so he's going to both look and be stronger at 168 than Jermell was. I think Benavidez sees Andrade as a bigger puncher and overall bigger physical threat than Plant (who outboxed him in most of the early rounds), so I think he will be wary of that in the early going. This could give Andrade an opportunity to also win several early rounds by sticking, moving and potshotting from distance. Eventually it will settle into a fight (probably when Andrade gets tired), so we will eventually see what kind of a puncher Andrade is and what kind of a punch he can take at SMW.
