A win over Benavidez may not make him a great fighter (because Benavidez hasn't yet proven himself to be great), but it does make Boo Boo the top contender for Canelo, which is all he wants.

He could've become mandatory by beating Zach Parker too, and look at how that turned out. Andrade has self-sabotaged before.
