I didn’t say resume I said legacy and I’m not talking about the past I’m talking about the present and onto the future. Canelos time to retire is coming sooner rather then later, I’m assuming he knows it, his team knows it, and also assume he’d like to add to his legacy, not resume because that’s already the best in boxing, in order to further cement his place in history. He is a living legend or the sport regardless of your slander.

I'm saying plant is not exactly going to face a very high risk fight against someone pretty unknown for the same money or less money than he could fighting someone like Ryder. I just used Ryder as an example because he's in the division and a decent enough fighter.

look at the division, he's already lost to Canelo and Benavidez so who else is he gonna fight? There's hardly any big money fights really among the rest of the active 168 fightsrs, most of the other fights will bring in similar money to each other, so he's not gonna take the most difficult fights against the likes of Morrell.
So we agreed that Morrell Jr is a handful for anyone at 168? What I don't get it is why people are so fixated on the quantity of fights and not the quality. Morrell Jr has faced the same kind of opposition in 9 fights that benavidez started facing on his 14 or 15 fight. To put it in context, Morell jr opposition has a 160-19 record, the first 11 benavidez opponents, 35-51, that's a big gap in quality, you jump to his next 9 fights, the opponents 167-27. So what's the difference? Haters are clamoring for more fights, do you see any reason for him to pad his record with the same fighters benavidez did? Or do you think he can fight the upper echelon of the division? To me looks very weak, the division, who are there that can present a problem?

Morrell might be tooting his own horn but in all reality , I don’t see anyone jumping on his name let alone calling him out
If he so average people would call him out and try to get that name on their resume
Yes , only ten fights in , the talent is undeniable

ok, so those guys added to his legacy? Bullshyt. He sc****d by a 40 yr old after avoiding him for 4 years and still lost the championship rounds. He fought a c level Brit and had the real Mexicans in Mexico boo’ing him at the end. And he beat someone 2 weight classes below him who hasn’t fought in 16 months. None of that enhances his legacy. Fighting young lions who deserve a shot would enhance his legacy. The same way the old lions like Floyd, Mosley, and Cotto gave him a shot when he was young. But instead he’s doing the opposite and avoiding them.

I said from present to future. Smh read bro. And even then… he still has the best resume in the sport does he not? So what you bi.txhn about? Jeez, it’s people like you we need less of in this world. Hating ass people, how your muster the energy? Something must’ve happened to you in your past that hurt you to the point where it becomes easy to hate, it’s become your source of energy. It’s my only explanation.. I pray you get well

Yes,vgood proposal but won't happen as Benevidez doesn't want Morrell's smoke.

You’re just making up your own narrative. You want to talk about canelo picking people for legacy but none of his recent opponents have done anything to enhance his legacy. It’s risk management and you’re in denial. Again, you come on posts like a stalker from thread to thread, provide no meaningful argument, only whining and a trash opinion that’s based on fandom and imagination. You want to call people haters but can’t disprove anything that’s stated. Gtfoh clown.

I see Jab Jab Troon having another meltdown over Canelo on a thread that has nothing to do with him.

Someone needs to tell This clown that Cubans never win the big fights in pro boxing then maybe he'll remain a bit more humble.

The last Cuban to get into the HOF had to move to Mexico to get better and that was some 50 yrs ago. Lol

So yea morell needs to shut the fuxk up he's starting to sound like a charlo
                      Translation:

We don't want him fighting Canelo.
Canelos needs at least 31 more soft touches.
