Fact is canelo has the best resume in the sport… yet you continue to b.itch and complain about that boxer yet claim to be a “fan” of the sport to avoid actually naming a single one boxer you actually support or are a fan of: numerous times different people call you out and you chose to not only ignore the question, of who you are a fan of or who you support because ALL fans of the sport have certain fighters they root for… ALL OF US, so stop with the “oh I’m a fan of the sport” bs that’s just used by you to avoid the question because you know, just like you slander on the face of the sport… your guy would get that worst: but you’re a fan right? You tell yourself that you call out bs but all you do is respond like a bichhh to anything canelo related that gets you emotional. My original comment on here was regarding canelo fighting 2 guys who weren’t 168 pound fighters, one of them inactive, one of them 40 and the only 168 pounder was a 0 time world champ with 5 losses. So, those are facts, the bs is you constantly hopping on my sack because you don’t like to hear facts. You’re a proven clown who would prefer to **** ride than be an actual boxing fan.

This is something I don't blame completely on the fighter. What's happening with Morrell has happened to many before him, and is happening to others right now. I brought up GGG in another post as someone Morrell needs to model his career after. However, it takes a concerted effort from all parties involved: the network, the promoter, the manager, and the boxer all need to agree that small-money/high-activity is the way to progress. The problem may be deeper than "Morrell just doesn't want to fight". SHO is DEAD, so now where is Morrell supposed to fight? What role does Morrell's manager play in this? Morrell should be on TV obliterating whoever's in front of him. Rosado left a bloody mess, Stevens with the O-face after being knocked down, Macklin writhing in pain after getting his ribs broken, etc. GGG had a highlight reel, and Morrell should have one too. But Morrell NEEDS to fight in order to create those moments.

Couldn’t agree more. A fighter’s shelf life is short, especially these days. A full year of inactivity is quite significant. I would be insisting on at least three fights per year — especially if they’re short, as Morrell’s fights often are. All this talk about being the best in the division is fine — it’s just promotional BS — but against a top guy that inactivity is sure to tell. David is courting disaster if he really thinks he’ll be ready for Benavidez (for example) after what amounts to a year off.

Well morrel is in the same situation most young bulls get to be. Not known enough and too high risk and it’s the way boxing been forever… not exclusive to this era or morrel himself, boots is in the same shoes although boots is a bit more known, but same thing the champ Crawford won’t even mention boots and rightfully so. Crawford, like canelo at 68 already paid there dues to the game and are in position to offer the fight to whomever they want to, and more then likely it’ll be someone who brings in money it is what it is. It don’t mean bud or canelo ducking boots or morrel, or that benavidez is ducking morrel at the moment no. Not at all these guys are fighters it’s what they do they aren’t afraid of no one other man. That’s the biggest misconception I’ve ever heard. I’m sure there has been one offs or more then one some cases here and there where some may have actually had fear and because of it they refused to fight but that same person that is afraid, offer them the correct amount of money and they’ll fight a ******** gorrilla. Real talk. Now, morrel just needs to be patient boots too and keep handling business and eventually their time will come, until then, the ones at the top ain’t ducking or dodging them or anyone else. I didn't say Benevidez was "frightened" of Morrell. I agree with your comment that fighters (generally) aren't frightened of other fighters. However, I do believe that Benevidez is not keen on fighting Morrell. I won't say "ducking" but he could have fought him I stead of Andrade and (if he'd won) made himself Canelo 's Mando with two sanctioning organisations. It is what it is.

He has a solid resume and he might be right, because nobody fights real challenges nowadays, long gone are the times when fighters were looking each other to fight the best. But the 4 good to elite fighters he has in his resume, beat his a$$ a least once.
