It’s not that difficult to understand that the reason the Charlo fight happened, was because Canelo wanted it to. My point of contention is that Canelo is levels above Charlo, so why even make the fight when there are other deserving fighters in that division. I can based on tattoos, but that's really it. But I've never been much of a fan of either of them TBH

Lol yeah. But for me, Mall has a fuller face/neck area so I usually can just see their faces and know.

Also, I've never been a fan either but always found Mell to be intriguing because he was always so damn angry lol

We all know Charlo was up against it. He’s a fighter that jumped up two full weight classes without testing the water in either weight class at all, he was coming off an injury which had him sidelined for 16 months. Now if he wasn’t compromised like this in the first place, he never would’ve been picked by Canelo, so of course he took the fight under those circumstances. With that being said, it’s 100% on him for completely shyting the bed and not even trying. Even a 40 yr old semi retired ggg did significantly better than him.

He hurt his brand that is for sure. He was the only one holding the banner.
