But these are some of the examples of the boxing rules that are considered fouls:

    - Ducking too low and/or head goes below the opponent's waistline or belt line (made famous by Floyd Mayweather Jr.)

    - Wrestling, holding, throwing a punch while holding an opponent and throwing a punch while holding the ropes to trap an opponent to gain leverage.

So basically, no holding, it's a boxing match not a wrestling match. Get the referee on your side ($$$) and he'll turn a blind eye.
Ducking has always been a thing. Hell, I was watching an old Henry Armstrong fight from 1938 and he ducked as a primary defensive option in addition to slips.

Stop hiding behind rhetoric and be honest about why you all don't like certain fighters and everyone could move on.

See that's the problem you get too defensive and take it personal it's not.

Guys like Hagler, Tyson, pryor etc were great fighters but it's changed now . For some it's al about hit hug hut hug run hug hit...hence why the sport has a bad rep now.

The public doesn't wanna see that crap it's not prize fighting plain n simple.

But you're not speaking for everyone. The beauty of boxing is the variety of styles. If you can't appreciate that variety, you may not be a fan of the sport, just particular styles. And that is fine, but it doesn't mean you have to disrespect the other styles of fighting. There's always been spoiler type fighters in the history of the sport and they will always be.

If you don't like said fighter styles, don't watch them. It's really simple.

the "he ran" all night is a weird excuse for their guy losing to a "runner" its hit and dont be hit, if all you did is literally run and never landed any punches then you lost every round. that is what jermell did against canelo is run all night and never throw and so he lost every round. if you stick and move and outland your opponent winning rounds then that isnt "running"

"but he didnt stand still and let me hit him" isnt a good excuse

There is no beauty in having a strong holding game that's pathetic and the one supporting are most likely guilty of what youve accused others of...only liking it because its their fighter employing those atrocious tactics.

I wouldnt put Shakur in that group with Haney and Andrade. At least Shakur tries to put punches together and get rid of guys, unlike Haney and Andrade who simply jab jab jab hold break jab jab jab hold break jab jab jab hold break over and over and over until my eyes bleed.

Again, every single post you make on this website is made with racist motives. No exceptions.

Be careful making that report. The mods might take a look at your posting history and find out I’m 100% right. And you know what happens then.

This was literally word salad. You just said a bunch of nothing. Believe it or not, clinching is a part of the sport as much as being able to deny a clinch or fight out of one.

Again, not sure when you started watching boxing or what got you into it, but this has ALWAYS been the case, your feelings be damned.
