If Sanchez wants a fight Zhang is currently looking for a partner. These younger guys always wanna fight Wilder, who is 38 at this point. He's looking to cash out, not fight all the young lions tryna make a name. Zhang, Bakole, Makmoudev, Dubois, Hrgovic ... lots of younger guys out here to fight.Comment

If you were paying attention instead of pushing a fake narrative, you'd know that it was straight from his own mouth. Said himself he wanted $10 million to fight Wilder, and said himself he wanted 50/50. Getting a counter offer of 30 from Wilder isn't anything to be surprised about. It's like you've never negotiated in your life. When you hear from multiple sources that have nothing to do with Wilder that he's demanding unreasonable money, anyone but a daggum can put two and two together and realize that Ruiz is pricing himself out.Comment

Cubans boxers are great at what they do but have been known to make bad business decisions. Wilder is definitely the A side against Andy and Frank but 1 shouldnt sell themselves short. This isnt for a title so the biggest prize is the payday alone. Theres no belt to guarantee more paydays and with Frank being a high risk low reward fighter, he may want to negotiate a decent retirement. Id say in this day/age a "take home" of 3.5mil is ideal. Thatd at least need to be a 4.75 guarantee after tax and camp fees.Comment

Ruiz's problem is he's lazy AF. Fighters usually get sore serious about their careers after winning a title but not good ol' Ruiz. Shame really he's a fan friendly fighter minus the blubber.Comment

He won the heavyweight championship of the world. Maybe you’ve heard of it?Every fighter now is saying Andy Ruiz is asking too much pretty obvious he's the one holding himself back just looking for one more cash out. I'm not sure where he got this huge ego from he beat AJ so what lol he hasn't done anything else note worthy in his whole life and he got lucky with that one shot.Comment

Well that hasn't exactly aged well has it considering how people look at AJ now not only that he got embarrassed in the rematch, Just because you beat a PPV star it doesn't make you one or put you in the same position to demand the same money.Comment

It aged very well. AJ has never been the same ... even when Ruiz showed up completely out of shape and partied out in the rematch .... AJ wouldn't engage, LoL.
And yeah Andy won and then screwed his career in his "joy". But he still won multiple championships that night and showed he (can be) a bad man! Anyone who can't match that really shouldn't be judging him.
