Which is the fanbase I'm talking about here considering it was mentioned in the Vitali fight and was brought up to me in a conversation when discussing boxing. I'm interested in what boxing fans have to say about it when it is brought up with boxing.

The answers I gave in the first post were the same answers I gave to the person(s) that asked my opinion.

My initial response it to explain it through natural means but I'm not naive to think the second isn't possible....for anyone. But I would never say so and so is on steroids without any proof and would give them the benefit of the doubt, however; not discussing it in today's era just out of a conversation is not my way either because that is turning a blind-eye to the topic at hand which is what many did in the past.

He tried to discredit the Klitschkos, but Benny Leonard really only discredited HIMSELF with this thread.

Not discredit but gauge where people are in the overall debate with confidence in today's atheltes...but that is something you missed. Of course, if I put up a *** or Black person up it would be a different matter with you.

I could have put up this thread right after the fight but I didn't because I just give them the benefit of the doubt and I can reason the legal way of doing things even though my reasoning would be limited as far as what the elites in the field would know. I didn't until more people started to talk about it in coversations when discussing boxing and the past fight with Vitali with that comment. That's when I decided OK, let me see how others are viewing this.

It was done with Pacquaio as well...as well as others.

        It's a discussion forum.

First I am gonna say that when you once achieve a certain form, it is much easier to achieve it the second or third time. Now, both brothers are not that heavy for their heights and builds and probably lose 10-15 pounds off-fight season. Is it hard to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle in the space of 4 weeks while training for a fight? yes it is, but if you are rich and know what you are doing it is completely possible even with legal means. Would I be surprised to find out that two of my favorite fighters might be using something illegal though? Not fucking likely.
I do believe they use the cutting edge stuff that most supplement labs can offer, the stuff thats not even on the market but still is legal. And I do believe that messing with the stuff without actually knowing the consequences, stuff like rare aminoacids and antioxidants is actually what burned Wlad in the first Brewster fight.

An example of a supplement that is so cutting edge it's not even sold would probably be Anaconda, one box of it costs around 100 bucks and it will only last you a week. It's a pre and para workout nutrition that is all the rage with competing athletes and that no regular person can buy. I think the brothers are getting the stuff that is even more cutting edge.

Of course, you didn't say it directly, you never do...

And of course, you said you hope it's not true...which was a clever way of covering up what you're actually doing.

You're a crafty guy, Benny Leonard. But why not use your intelligence for something more constructive and positive, rather than smearing a couple of fine heavyweight champions by creating unfounded su****ions?
                creating unfounded su****ions?

then how do you call the roid accusation on Pac? lol

If I made a similar thread about a ***ish boxer, you (or squealpiggy) would accuse me of anti-Semitism. If I made a thread like this one about a black fighter, mt102879 would accuse me of racism...

But I wouldn't make a thread like this one.

Making accusations like that about boxing champions without any evidence is unethical.

Same thing. Mayweather Sr is jealous of Pacman's success and was just wanting to discredit him. He never really succeeded in creating su****ions about Manny.

But Benny Leonard is more sophisticated, and so is doing the same thing in a sneakier way with this thread.

                      100% agree. Oh wait...

I recall you making such accusations towards Mosley right after the Margarito fight. In fact I have the post right here:

But did Mosley get away with using steroids?

He looked ten years younger than he did against Mayorga.
