Charlo showed the least amount of heart I've ever seen in a boxing match. It's supposed to be a competition, not a personal appearance. When boxing become more of a business than a sport, this is what you get.

Moving up in weight isnt always as brave as its portrayed, that is because it comes with a built in excuse if you lose. We see this alot and we see fighters doing it to cash out.
Hell Amir Khan put up a better fight and tried harder than Jermell, even with his glass jaw he wasnt afraid to try and he actually won some rounds, he won more rounds than Jermell. That is pathetic.

So if you are a naturally smaller fighter, coming off a 17 month layoff, you can't hurt your opponent nor can you outbox them, then yeah he should be proud that he was able to finish the fight and not end up like Amir Khan.
Amir actually tried to win, amir had a plan to outbox canelo due to superior handspeed and he won a few rounds before canelo started timing him.Charlo showed up round 1 and said I am just going to try to not get my face smashed in and go 12 and collect my check.

why is charlo doubling his portion sizes to fight canelo when he is actually the bigger guy, we need the puppet in here to explain this to everyone, hes not even gloating over canelo, something must have happened to him mid fight i guess

Charlo wants a "participation trophy" for his effort. His mom says he deserves one.

He performed just like a loser, and he lost.
Maybe some will make noise to that they will pay to see him 'perform' against PBC stable-mates, (WBO) light-middleweight Tim Tszyu, Errol Spence, of even his twin brother 'Jermall'.
I see it as just more of the same Al Hayman, PBC, Mayweather Promotions bull sheet.
This on the other hand was straight up awful...and the undercard was "stacked". It started great, but then you had a debatable decision and then one fighter who didn't put up any sort of effort to win in the main event.
Charlo's brand took a massive hit. I don't think anybody has looked that bad without getting knocked out since Joshua Clottey fought Manny Pacquiao in March 2010...when the African fighter just shelled up and was happy to go the distance.
Where was the Clottey that was fired up after the getting the short end of the stick against Cotto the year earlier? Nowhere. Arum still threw him a bone and he put up such a ****ty performance that he NEVER got a major televised fight ever again.
Man, after Spence took such a clubbing I thought the bar was low for Charlo. But that pathetic performance by Charlo only makes me love Spence more for at least trying his damndest until the very end.

Maybe now we can shut up about Canelo needing to fight either Charlo. That was the better and more active of the two, and the fight was ****** and never should have happened.
