Canelo - Charlo is very bad for casual boxing picture

In my country, many casuals have seen it because it was on Tv ( additional, you have to pay to watch).

After the fight I was reading comments like: Wtf was that, that is "elite boxing"??? No please no, give us more football and MOTO GP/ super bike instead..

Many of my friends, casuals have watched this and they are not really in the mood to watch boxing match any time soon.

It was overhyped match for nothing, a bad picture for boxing.

Meh. So so give em' more football and MOTO GP/ super bike instead. Cake decorating shows, ballet, mushy love stories, whatever they want. Lots of stuff on the TV for everybody. Boxing thrives both inside the US, where almost half the gross sports money is, and outside the US as well, with an expanse is rivaled only by soccer (Football), which Americans generally view primarily as a children's game.

Maybe with a side order of Floyd Mayweather fighting the best, like his exhibition against a guy at least 6 weight divisions below him.

That's boxing these days. But it's so elite because the money is all there, and that's got NOTHING to do with the Ali Act and the fact that other combat sports are operating in closed systems.
