It will be great if Lopez and Robeisy can go at it next, but even if not there is a good chance they can make a unification happen within 2024 prior to Inoue payday, because it seems very likely that Inoue after Tapales will go for Casimero next possibly spring of 2024.

Robeisy already fought as the undercard on Inoue-Fulton match, and next month Casimero is coming to Japan to fight. No way Casimero is coming to Japan on his own without having the Inoue match in mind for the future.

By the way, what is Fulton doing these days? Last I heard he was officially moving up to 126 lbs immediately after the loss to Inoue but haven't seen anything about him since then.

The horrible prose trying to sound like a bootleg Bert Sugar is hard to stomach most days. I'm not expecting Mark Twain or Rudyard Kipling, but I expect a little better than this slop.

Hopefully Ramirez wins next time out, and the fight can be made. I'm going to ride this train.

It's a great fight though. Smart of them to unify, because the unified champ is likely to get a shot at an Inoue payday if he comes through Tapales.
Yes, he's a pretty dreadful writer. Cliff Rold and that other clown are not much better. They all try to emulate Bert Sugar, but fall painfully short. It's a good sign that both Lopez and Ramirez are vocal about wanting the fight. They both know that the winner slides right into a big money Inoue fight when Monster moves up next year. Inoue will crush Tapales.

I think a technician like Ramirez picks Lopez apart. I'm not so sure he stops him. He might because I see him figuring out Lopez unorthodox style and punishing it . His fighting IQ is better than all of Lopez opponents previously.
