If Fortune were fighting today, he'd be getting knocked out in the untelevised opening fight of a Top Rank card from Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Is he your uncle or what?
Come on now, Fortune ( 15-9-2 ) would at least be top 1,000 at Box Rec. But top 100 today, no way.

      Todays heavyweights aren't even boxers.

Washington was a football player. Whyte was a kickboxer. They don't have any fundamentals.

Fortune’s biggest fight came against future three-time world heavyweight titleholder and a two-time lineal champion Lennox Lewis in July 1995 in Dublin, Ireland, that concluded with a fourth-round stoppage. “Lennox is a very underrated fighter,” said Fortune, who had 20 wins in 24 amateur fights in Australia that includ

With these kinds of terrible takes, that "sensei" in your screenname just screams "McDojo." Go fight Xu Xiaodong on YouTube, why don't you?

You're a delusional person and you came here with a delusional agenda.

Fortune was a bum and he'd be a bum in any era. A winning amateur record in Australia means zero. As a pro? He was a bum.

C- guys like Gerald Washington, Chris Arreola, Joseph Parker, Audley Harrison, etc would absolutely destroy Fortune.

Has nothing to do with the current era vs previous eras. It's because Fortune was a bum.

I can see with my own eyes.. his fundamentals are better than todays C-level fighters.
The only reason he would lose would be due to his glass jaw, which he can't train...

Parker's peak rank was 5, how is he a C?
