So in fairness, UKAD did deal with their issues and are doing the right thing. The bigger issue is that no one seems to know what to do with failed VADA tests.

Money does come into it with UKAD, like Tyson Fury threatening to sue them so they let him off his failed test. But, right now they seem to be trying to do the right thing.

Just saying, they seem to be trying to do the right thing unlike other bodies.
UKAD can impose penalties, VADA cannot, as it is merely a testing agency that can only report its results.

so no ban or nothing for having steroids in his system

this was not his first time either, nor his last.........
Fair, I'm talking about the latest one.

I think the Benn case has given them the kick they needed. We'll see what happens if its a big name that fails now... But at least they are putting in bans. Not sure why people are feeling sorry for Sokolowski!

That problem is caused by the BBBoC being too closely tied to UKAD. They can only punish fighters who fail UKAD tests. There's nothing they can do about a failed VADA test except refuse to sanction the fight. I believe they are now taking steps to alter their rules in that regard.

Doing the right thing only when it’s no names with no financial backing.

I can also put Jarrell Miller's name just for seasoning.

              And that’s the problem.

They should punish all offenders not just the ones who don’t generate much money.

I don't think many would disagree with this take.

And to me the worst part of this guy's situation is he got 3 fooking yrs. Guys who deny deny deny or find an excuse get a yr or less all the time.
