It’s all subjective so it’s not going to come down to facts. People like Manny Pacquiao so more people are going to say he’s greater. And people hate Floyd so they’re also going to say Manny is greater. It has nothing to do with facts.

It's just sad how Pacquiao fans continue to lie about about him being an "8 division champion". Say it with me: PACQUIAO HAS NEVER HELD ALPHABET TITLES AT 126 OR 140. Even calling Pacquiao a 6 division champion is a joke considering he was too much of a coward to fight at 154 without imposing significant catchweights on his opponents

Your criticism of Manny not winning alphabet titles at 126/140lbs is FAIR and based on FACTS. However, he won undisputable LINEAL aka "the man who beat the man" titles in both of these weight classes which is why he's considered an 8 division champion in boxing circles regardless of what you think. Anyhow, even if you were to exclude these titles, he's still won alphabet titles in MORE weight classes than Floyd (and more LINEAL titles too).

As for 154, the rules clearly state that you can weigh between 147-154lbs so fighting Margarito (who also won multiple belts at 147lbs) at a 150lbs catchweight was perfectly LEGAL. Also, you can't forget that Margarito was the much bigger man (and weighed 20lbs+ more on the night) whereas Manny won his first world title at Flyweight (18lbs lower than Floyd) yet has managed to win world championships in every single weight class Mayweather has and MORE.
