Maybe I'm the crazy one but shouldn't there ALWAYS be a pending mandatory for a belt holder? Like either there is a guy waiting for his shot by x time with a purse bid 2-3mos out if they don't make the fight amongst themselves or they are lining up a fight between the top two guys willing to fight to find the new mando guy.
I'm a dreamer tho ig lol. I dream of the day boxing makes sense outside the ring.
Worldwide Bogus Corruption are at it again. Is anyone surprised whenever the money glutton Suliaman tries to justify the hypocritical and dishonest behaviour of his immoral boxing mafia?

Only when the title holder doesn't bring in a ridiculous amount of money from ludicrous, nonsensical, pointless matches like Fury vs Ngannou. The WBC only pretends to care about integrity when it suits them financially. They are about netting the most money possible first and foremost. They couldn't care less if someone has been waiting for their shot for a long time, unless that person is a big ticket seller who would bring more money to the table than the current title holder against a mediocre opponent.
Fury flipping off boxing fans by not defending belt. That simple
I think the WBC is flipping off the fans by making a belt for a novelty fight & not having a mando on deck for Tyson by x date. Tyson should be able to do what he wants between mando fights at a bare minimum & if thats a big money novelty fight fair play to him. Suliaman is the one fooking around in this situation imo.
"If you force the mandatory just for the sake of it, you are doing a disservice to the sport"... That's shockingly bad coming from the mouth of a head of sanctioning body. At this point Sulaiman is just a gangster and money launderer, it's so blatant.
