This, he is on the down low deep in the closet. He dont want all that out there, it would ruin his image so he rather have no image and people forget about him. Only his clients ever really talk about him.
Why do you think Haymon doesn't see the upside in having a PBC "hype guy" who interacts with the public/fans like every other platform has in some sort of way?

Probably money and power. Anyway, boxing would be in a FAR better place if all the top fighters were under ONE banner with the best facing the best regularly like the UFC.
All I gotta say about this is (and I said the same long ago) that PBC needs a front person, a spokesperson, a salesperson with a personality, someone outspoken and charismatic. I suggested Lou DiBella for this role a few years ago. PBC is such a big company, with a huge stable of almost 300 fighters. However, the company seems inactive, haphazard, and severely mismanaged. It could be way better.
As for Al Haymon himself, I 100% endorse his approach of total anonymity and freedom. He's a lucky guy. Get a front person.
I figured Richard Schaefer would have taken this role.
