Then Denzel destroyed the Janebik myth. He ain't no GGG that's for sure
I'm pretty sure that he knows who Janibek is - he was called the new Golovkin a while back - learning that there was a new middleweight version of Golovkin - had him break out in a cold sweat as he remembered how close he was to getting pulverised by prime Golovkin in 2016 before he lost his pen. Luckily brave and deluded Kell Brook stepped in to be pulverised instead.Comment

Never got that Calazghe fight though did he
Haha, easy money but the cost is a stagnant career. Take risks and the chances of more financial opportunities will arise. However, waiting around for domestic match-ups with big upside's just result in a stagnant career. I just feel a lot of British fighters waste there prime chasing the domestic gold mine instead of making risks abroad. Froch is perfect example of what I'm talking about, he took the risks and the big domestic clash happened.Comment

Maybe but can't really recall Eubank being mandatory at MW. He was ranked highly with the WBA but then GGG unified and fought Canelo and Lara fought O'Sullivan for the regular title. He hasn't been close enough in any of the others although highly ranked. Covid years, Charlo not fighting and the Canelo pay day resulted in the MW division moving very slowly. It's only really picking up pace now. Big issue I guess is that he brings the money so it's a huge payday for whoever he fights but not for him if it's a mandatory. He packs out arenas but it's almost reverse popularity in that people want to see him lose. But that may have changed after humbling Smith and getting cheered in Manchester.I mean did people really expect him to fight these guys? Eubank is clearly fighting for the cash and taking the fights where he's gonna make it. He'll probably fight Benn next if they can get it done and probably be paid 5x as much as he would fighting for a title. It's clear the financial gain has what he's been wanting for a long time why he's only ever fought for one legitimate world title his whole career when he probably could of got a shot at a title a few times over the years.Comment
