    History has forgotten Joe Calzaghe

When you hover in one class your entire career, the history books forget you. Even his own people have no clue who he is, facts.

Unique and the object of endless discussion, case in point, hardly forgotten.

I only posted it because I brought this topic up about Spence, same fate for him. Brits don't even know who he is.

history do not remember pillow fisted fighters.

whatever you want to argue about skill and all that junk. people only care about knockouts.

which is exactly why Tyson is above Holyfield who beat him twice.

it's exactly why Ward and Mayweather are largely viewed negatively in retrospect. Pac is viewed more positively. he provided more sensational KO's

I love watching Calzaghe. He brought so much energy and life into each fight. I can always watch any of his fights. I thought his win over Kessler was exceptional. I love his fight with Eubank, too.

He only beat 2 fighters ranked in the Top 5 of the division at 168 which makes it even worse.
