Martin's team clearly decided it was better to position him for one of the other titles Haney is on track to lose.

In other words: his team doesn't think he can beat Stevenson.

Agreed but I think that Shakur is too SKILLED for Tank and will just pick him apart all night long (like Crawford did to Spence). In fact, even though he doesn’t have much power (the ONLY skill he lacks), I reckon he could stop Tank if he tries to walk him down the entire fight. Having said that, we haven’t seen his chin tested and if Gervonta lands one it could be goodnight Irene (but that’s a big IF).

Martin isn't trying to have his momentum derailed just yet. Shakur was going to take his heart.

Damn, we can’t have nice things. Hopefully this means Martin has something bigger cooking up. Tank??

Trying to figure out why all the hate on Frank Martin? Do we know why it fell apart. Was it money, if so, nobody can get made because Stevenson made it about money previously.

The kumbaya articles that appeared when the Stevenson/Martin was announced a few days ago evaporated.

Speculations on why it was cancelled will now commence.

Not surprised, was never convinced this was gonna happen. I bet it ends up being Jamaine Ortiz vs Shakur for the WBC

Shakur is the most avoided boxer in the game
