Please post that, although i'm sure you're pulling things out of your azz right now! Did Haney get them belts while at MatchRoom? Tank wants Pitbull because Pitbull put azzes in seats! Frank does not, and neither does Haney! You should know this by now! Frank accepted the fight and made the deal! Cruz and Zepeda SWERVED! That's a BIG DEAL TOO! All that talk about PBC protecting their fighters is dead! Ruiz, Wilder, Sanchez, Porter, Charles Martin, Fulton, and now Frank Martin! That's a BIG DEAL in today's time! You keep looking for what's NOT happening, and not what IS happening! Well you are going to be very sad, because Tank vs. KingRy happened! Fulton vs. Inoue happened! Spence vs. Crawford happened! Canelo vs. Charlo is coming! Benavidez vs. Andrade is coming! Stevenson vs. Martin is coming! Spence vs. Crawford II is coming! Everywhere you turn PBC will be in the building! Sorry dude! Thank You Al Haymon!

They're okay with Martin taking Harutyunyan level fights just to maintain his zero. Or they'd rather let them rot as long as they're with uncle Haymon.

The winner will be upgraded to full champion should Rey Vargas elect to campaign at 130 pounds going forward

15 months after putting on one of 2021’s Fights of the Year, Stephen Fulton and Brandon Figueroa will do battle once again.
Dan Rafael reports that the pair will rematch atop a Feb. 25 Showtime tripleheader at The Armory in Minneapolis, with the WBC interim featherweight title on the line.
This is a rare justifiable interim belt, as champion Rey Vargas is set to challenge O’Shaquie Foster for the sanctioning body’s super featherweight belt. If he emerges victorious, he’ll have to choose which belt to keep; if it’s the 126-pound title, he’ll have to fight either Fulton (21-0, 8 KO) or Figueroa (23-1-1, 18 KO). If not, the interim belt will become the real deal.

Now where's your post about Fulton "hating" the rematch with Figueroa???

Zepeda and Cruz ducked Stevenson, if that is what you want to hear. There's nothing complicated about it. I won't even dig deep into the promotional angle of it. They avoided Stevenson. End of story.
Martin and Stevenson both want the fight. What is Haymon got to do with these guys being presented with lifetime opportunities? Inoue was presented to Fulton. What is Haymon got to do with the fight happening? In both cases both fighters decided for themselves. Haymon is not their employer.Last edited by jqSide; 09-07-2023, 12:48 PM.

What is Martin supposed to do, sulk in the corner and say no to the fight? This tribalism thing is silly. Sports is supposed to bring people together, not perfect but it keeps people from going to the war zones. Shakur vs Martin is one of those uniting moments, yet... Reality is, one promoter can't possibly produce every card and make hundreds of fighters active. For the last 2 weekends there weren't any PBC cards. Such voids were filled by other promoters. Is this not evidence enough that one promoter/network alone can't do it all? Aren't you supposed to be happy for Frank? Why is it always about your uncle Al all the time?
