This is a very competitive fight. I don't even see Shakur as some scary monster.
He's short, not big and almost all of his opponents have been beaten by others.

Martin got nothing at PBC, except high risk, low reward fighters like De Los Santos and Bulldog Cruz.
Ellerbe and Tank won't even throw a bone to their deserving fellow PBC fighters like Martin.

Agreed. Martin didn't have much choices at PBC. He turns left and Delos Santos is staring at him. He turns right and Pitbull stares at him. And these are low reward fights. He would have picked Tank Davis if it was available. It doubt it will ever be for a long time.

This is similar to the Fulton fight where his only option at PBC is a rematch with a very high risk, low reward Figueroa
