The real bad guy in this situation is Don King, who deliberately prevented Charr from getting a US visa to fight Trevor Bryan. That's why Charr had a strong case legally and the WBA's hand was forced. If that Charr-Bryan fight happened as it should then likely outcomes: Charr would have beaten Bryan and then Dubois would have beaten Charr afterwards. Dubois becomes Usyk's mandatory. So the Regular belt would now be comoletely dead.

It's Don King's shenanigans that caused this, and the WBA's fault they didn't have the cojones to stamp down on Don King when he was blatantly trying to screw Charr out of his payday. Commissions and promoters corrupt as usual.
