Not ever a fan of Dubois, but liked what I saw in Usyk fight.

    And agree with Froch's assessment.

Does Dubois carry too much muscle in the upper body?

I watched the fight a couple times to see if the controversy is valid. Usyk was saved from a ko loss.. "low blow" was phony...Anyway you cut it, the best fight at heavy is still Fury vs Usyk

Unless he has a reason to dislike them, Froch will always 'big up' the British fighter. Fair play, a lo of commentators have done & will do. Take away the fake knock-down, which even Froch had to accept was low, & DDD was broken down & stopped by a superior fighter. IMO DDD needs to go back to basics, maybe even fighting for British or C/W titles & get hisself together. He can come again, he is still young, but there is so much technique he needs to work on. Starting with his head moving because, right now, the only time his head moves is when someone else has punched it.

IMO yes. Muscle gives you strength, obviously, but it detracts from agility & stamina. IMO excess muscle on a fighter takes more than it gives but, that IMO. I know a lot of people disagree. To me, I hate seeing fighters look like bodybuilders, I'm totally convinced that it will hurt them in the ring, especially when the fight goes into the latter stages & they have that muscle-mass burning up all their oxygen.

Very hard to come back from NO HEART. Ask Kermit Cintron.

He's perfect for Wilder to KO.

I can't see promise in a fighter that gets hurt and then eventually stopped by a jab. He quit!

Maybe they are buddies because only a friend would say that about Dubois.

At one point I was looking forward to seeing how his career would turn out. I think that Joyce match took something outta him.

The guy will probably be around until the mid 2030s still getting big(ish) fights. Hes a decent enough talent plus add the UK market into the equation and hes going to have plenty of longevity even if he isnt the best. See Chisora as a blueprint.
