Is Ryan aware that TMT Promotions is pretty much circling the drain? Do they even promote Tank Davis anymore? Hopefully Floyd Schofield has more sense than jumping over to them.

It's pretty obvious, in this case, that it's the other way around! Ryan wants to be down with Mayweather! It's been that way for quite some time!

Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions has filed a cease-and-desist letter against Floyd Mayweather, accusing him of tampering with Ryan Garcia.

Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times reported Garcia's desire to fight Mayweather-promoted fighter Gervonta "Tank" Davis has created an issue between the two camps.

Garcia skipped out on a Golden Boy card in order to attend Davis' first-round TKO of Hugo Ruiz on Feb. 9. The two venues were within two and a half hours of one another.

I have no idea, but he's always hanging around him. It's not like Floyd is posting pictures, it's Ryan! He seems to look up to Floyd more than he does Oscar, and that's pissing off Oscar!

Yea I was all over the place in that post so to clarify, I was surprised that Floyd, who wasnt a huge star at the time, was able to get a close decision victory over cash cow De La Hoya.

The fight wasn’t one sided and the judges could have easily gave the verdict to Oscar without fans crying robbery.

So Ryan just lost via quit job losing a lot of his earning power, Ramirez just lost by landslide to Bivol and isn’t much of a draw, Mungia has avoided quality opposition for years and isn’t much of a draw either and Ortiz Jr is seriously ill and may never fight again. But it’s TMT not GBP that’s circling the drain?

Oscar needs to be more hands off with GBP. And let Ryan do whatever Ryan is gonna do.

I think overall Ryan has done better for Ryan than GBP has done for Ryan thus far so let him keep doing that sheeeeeet. Sure Ryan took an L vs Tank, but Ryan pressed for that fight to get made when GBP wasn't pressing for it & probably made more than the whole entire GBP roster this year off of that fight.

That’s the one thing I don’t understand. During his heyday, Oscar was more than willing to fight anyone at or around his weight class. But now he seems very reluctant to match his fights vs even mid range contenders.

People need to realize that in life very few people can be trusted when the sht hits the fan watch them scatter or drop you in it, when you fall of the perch and it's all over if you can count 5 real friends you've done well, in business they are pretty much all smiling thieves, integrity doesn't stand for much these days and it's getting worse.

Golden Boy fighters can choose that for themselves. It's not stealing if they don't want to be with GBP. If they're leaving then it's obvious they aren't happy with the job GBP has done.
