Hagler only fought at 160, and his 3 top/memorable/notable fights were against former 135/147lb fighters. He’s still considered a great and HOFer.

Of course i’m not saying that’s all Hagler did, he beat a bunch of top middleweights of his time.

Charlos hasn't had any memoral fights and Canelo is already in the decline for a couple fights.

GTFO here. He’s going up two divisions to fight the undisputed champ who has walked thru everybody at 168 he’s fought thus far (3 champions).

If Charlo pulls this off (big if) this is HUGE for his legacy. Who has Charlo ducked ?? He’s undisputed at 154 and the only reason he isn’t fighting Tszyu is to take on a much stiffer opponent in Alvarez, unless of course you folks think Tszyu beats the 2023 version of Canelo.




If he beats Canelo he’s undisputed in TWO. That hasn’t been done too many times, I hear. and never by a guy skipping a whole division.

Canelo woule have lost that undisputed long time ago if he didn't duck Benavidez for the past 4 fights, since Nov 2021. If Canelo keeps fighting guys out of the Division he can be Undisputed for long time.

Yes his going up 2 divisions, anyone whose seen Canelo's last 2 fights knows his on the decline and still I doubt he will win so let's wait and see, his resume doesn't put him down as one of the greats and if you think it does you are clueless.
