Funny how all the actual clean body punches didnt seem to do much, but the ones that clearly landed way below the line are the “devastating knockout body punches”.
I thought the same thing. Dubois landed several punches low and body shots and nothing. The idiots at Top Stank whined about Usyk complaining about "body shots". LOL. They are so arrogant to think that we don't know what we are seeing.

      With Ward, "Stop making excuses!"

With Usyk, "It's legal! It's legal! He knocked him out!"

I think the worst was Frank Warren's sad, tired old carcass out there pushing for it, hoping for a Fury-Dubois unification. I really think Fury can beat Usyk but he's such a coward about this. Maybe he knows something we don't.

Kovalev curled in a fetal position to protect his abs. The Ukraine dosser was standing upright and got the wind knock out of him unless you think his testicles are that high up.

Was beterbiev hitting low and rabbit punching or was it the guy curling up in fetal position? 3:10

I thought Dubois was a clean body shot. I'm just trying to remind people what they thought of those Ward body shots.. Cause I guarantee some posters here playing both sides lol

I thought the Ward body shots were low, at least definitely much more south than the Dubois shot. Yes Kovalev was hunched over but you can only bend at the waist so that’s not really a physical aspect that changes anything except making it harder to really see. Kovalev was wilting and retreating, so it gave a bad impression. Though getting hit low with no calls can do that to you. I followed Ward since the start. Good fighter, but a part time fighter who rarely traveled far. I was rooting for him to comeback in the first Kovalev fight because that was a good emotional feeling but I still don’t think he deserved the win in that one. He clinched a lot. I guess it’s all about what you can get away with. That’s part of boxing. Even the unintentional headbutt cut rule is pretty ridiculous in a lot of ways.

He curdled up because he got hit in the balls repeatedly.

You Ward fans are one of the many reasons I can't stand that self righteous prick.

He was on his way to winning the fight but now we will never know how it would have went because he decided to, once again in his career, go the easy way and cheat.

Then he retired like a bytch.

Kovalev won the first fight by SD, and the second fight by DQ.

Ward is everything that's wrong with boxing. Glad he's gone.

The usual suspects on here turbo posted defending Andre Fraud, about how it wasn't actually low, and how he was going to win anyway, because he landed a good punch beforehand

Kovalev is weak to the body. Those were not low blows, kovalev was also bending a lot. He scared of that bodywork.

You should ask ref about that. It was low, kovalev should have been given time to recover based on that shot

Ward wasn't Dqd because Kovalev quit. He kept turning and complaining to the referee about Ward's body punches that were legal. They were all borderline shots to the body which touched the belt line of his trunks. Similarly, to Dubois' punch he landed on Usyk's midsection right on the belt line of his trunks.
