He didn’t though, even if it was called a knockdown instead of a low blow there is absolutely no certainty that Usyk wouldn’t have gotten up and beaten the count.
He could barely walk when he got up 3 minutes later. But somehow in fantasy land he could have gotten up in 10 seconds?
His belt rides up it is NOT at the same level all the time, which is why you DO NOT SEE HIS NAVAL IN THE PIC WITH THE ACTUAL PUNCH
OP over here acting like he gets paid by Usyk to misrepresent the FACTs
The belt is just a mask, where is his Navel that is the legal/low line, not the belt because as you said it moves, where the navel be is the decretion of the Ref.
You can actually see Usyk's navel in this pic just before the fight resumes...

Here's the video time marked at 20:37...also check out 18:48 where Usyk takes a deep beath and his navel goes from being covered to exposed. Anything at all just below the beltline would have been low because Usyk's belt was NOT lifted high like a lot of fighters wear it, and the ref knew that.
Sorry, but pics won’t work here buddy. He took a 10 count. The videos going viral around the world show this!!!
There was NO count...NO KD to count. I think he would have got up if there was one, though. Dubois didn't seem to complain about the call until after he quit the fight. Once the round resumed, Dubois lost the remainder of the round. I could barely give Dubois a round.

And the fans don't understand its the Navel line not the belt, it is a case of the ref ruling being technical about a fan's belief of the belt being the criteria; its not.

That doesn’t excuse the fact that Usyk reacted like it was a low blow but wasn’t holding his genitals like most boxers do when hit low. The ref called it a low blow because of how Usyk reacted. And the ref interjected himself in a fight where he wasn’t needed. I kept saying to myself “gtfootway”!!! The only thing I do acknowledge is that there was no count. But most of the fans are posting and believe that Usyk wouldn’t beat the count and if he does he gets finished. Jmo…

He wasn’t hit below the naval line. He was hit right on it.
