Warren is talking garbage. You can't say a punch is legal just because it lands on the waistband of the trunks. What matters is where the waistband is situated on the fighter's body. At times, you could see Usyk's navel visible above the top of his waistband, and a punch that lands below the navel is a low blow. It was a good call by the ref.

It was below the belly button. That is low.

Usyk very beryl lucky man tonight, dubois has shown everyone the blueprint to beat the him tonight, smash his weak body in.
Find the rule that a lowblow has to be in the balls then.

              He wasn't cheated of anything!
There was no way Usyk gets up after a ten count and survives the round. That was a classic belt line shot and with the way boxers have their trunks so far up high, they go up a couple inches from the belly button. I think it was more than five minutes that Usyk had to recover so I’m not saying it would have been a guaranteed win for Dubois. But I don’t think Usyk could move after that gut punch and it’s doubtful whether he could have got up as he was in tremendous pain. Truth be told, Dubois should have never gotten this fight. In no way is he a top contender and the questions about Usyk still remain. I think Fury and Wilder would knockout Usyk. Jared Anderson, while still young, would be a severe test for Usyk. Anderson would not be afraid to let his hands go. Dubois can’t take a punch as even a jab knocks him off his feet. He’s a single punch boxer with limited skills. A big right hand and that’s it. Another dud fight for the heavyweight division. Not a match that anyone really wanted to take place.

Well....proves how ****** Joshua is then that he couldn't even figure out how to gas a guy after 24 3 minute rounds.

                Just dumb.

But what else do you expect from him? I knew he was a fraud from his early days. Mike Tyson in his prime would ruin this moron.

The appeal will go nowhere. It was a judgment call that the referee had to make.

I've seen results changed to no contests when a fighter is knocked out by a clean low blow that the ref missed, but never when a fighter is not given a count but time to recover instead after a legal bodyshot.

                    I dunno.

If you can't hit somebody's head hasn't the blueprint always been to slow them down by body punches......for like......70 + years?

It looks like a low blow to me and if it wasn't who cares? They already had their "rematch" after that and Usyk KO'd him

Fury is irrelevant now. Guy ran from Joshua and Usyk and almost everyone in the top-10 the last 7 years.
