Conor McGregor had power until he put on those huge padded gloves. MMA fighters tend to punch more with their arms because with the small gloves their punches hit harder. If they punch with the arms they can hit faster. That's why McGregor landed on Mayweather so much, But his punches did nothing

MMA fighters also don't know how to use those huge gloves to block or how to get past their opponents gloves when they are blocking
