He’s talking like a man who knew he lost. We all saw what we saw. His fans turned a blind eye. He can’t take a body shot. He didn’t go down holding his balls. He was trying to get air in his body. This kinda of talk is what we call “talking past the point”.

He is the challenger. He has 3 titles but he was never the lineal champion. Fury is the true lineal hvw champion.

If Bivol vs Beterbiev gets made, will it be a unification fight, or will Bivol just be the challenger for Beterbiev's lineal LHW title?

We all know the answer to that one. The lineal LHW title, which was apparently so important and coveted while Adonis Stevenson held it, stopped mattering as soon as Adonis got ktfo by Gvozdyk!

And what happened to the oh so important and historic lineal middleweight title held by Canelo Alvarez while he was fighting at 155 and ducking GGG? Where it go? Who holds it now? If it was such an important and historic title, why did it simply disappear when Canelo didn't need it any more?

Reality check: The lineal LHW and MW titles never really mattered, because they never really existed.

There is no such thing as a lineal champion. Lineal titles are imaginary. They are works of fiction, invented and used by promoters/managers to sell fights or justify belt holders not fighting other belt holders. That's why they fizzle out of existence and disappear when they can no longer be used to bamboozle gullible fans.

If lineal titles really mattered, then any boxing fan would be able to name the lineal champs of every division, off the top of their head, yeah? How many boxing fans reading this could do that?

Beterbiev is the lineal champion. Gvozdyk became the Lineal champion and lost his title to Beterbiev. Canelo Alvarez is still the lineal MW champion. Canelo has never fought the top guy in his division to become the lineal champion at 168. And when you call a champion a lineal champion there is nothing fictional about it. You must have fictional pfp confused with lineal lmao. And anyone who follows boxing closely knows who are the lineal champions of today. The list isn’t huge out of todays fighters. Fury, Beterbiev, Canelo, Charlo, Bud, Estrada and Chocolatito. Lineal titles matter to people who love boxing. It’s what keeps the title pure and genuine. It means that you’re facing a guy who is ranked 1 or 2 or you’re facing a man who beat the man who beat the man.

Anyone who follows boxing knows who the lineal champions are?

So how come you can only name 7 lineal champs when there are 17 divisions? What happened to the other lineal titles? Where have they disappeared to?

And 2 of the names you gave me don't make any kind of sense anyway!

How can Canelo be the lineal MW champion when he's said himself that he can't make 160 any more?

And Chocolatito? Are you saying he is also the lineal champion of a division he can't make weight for and will never fight in again?

The man who beat the man, yeah?

So who was the man that Wlad Klitschko beat to pick up the imaginary lineal title you have awarded to Tyson Fury?

And you haven't answered the question I asked in my previous comment. Will Bivol vs Beterbiev be a unification fight or a lineal title defence by Beterbiev?

The entire Lineal thing is ridiculous,it’s the initial reason how Fury used it to not take certain fights and the public bought into it . Even on here they cry about fights not happening everyday and these same posters will tell you he’s the lineal champion the same excuse he uses as he’s to good to fight the remaining top guys . This is some low IQ forum for real most the time on here it’s like they can’t comprehend Lineal labkes woukd and has been used to prevent the fights that should be made based on fantasy fights one hasn’t fought in .

Anyone who follows boxing knows who are still the lineal champions of today. I’m not talking about All lineal champion of the past.

Seven lineal champions are still fighting in 2023 who have established lineage. 7 of them.

What 2 names don’t make sense?

Canelo is the LAST champion at MW to become lineal. Who at MW has established a new lineage?

Chocolatito is the last lineal champion at FLW. He then moved up.

And yeah the man who beat the man.

Wlad beat the #2 guy Headvetkin in the division to establish a new lineage.

And I answered you infantile rank question on Beterbiev Bivol. Beterbiev is the LINEAL champion and Bivol is a belt holder and 2nd in the division.

There is no “either or” situation. There is no unification OR or lineal title defense, lmao. This isn’t rocket science.

There have always been lineages, of course. They are simply historical records of the succession of world title holders, from the first recognised champion in each division down to the present day.

I think Ring Magazine created the concept of the lineal champion by using the "man who beat the man" method to decide which belt holder to recognise as The Man in each division, and awarding that man a "Ring and Lineal Title" belt. But they had to give that up as a lost cause years ago and now the Ring Magazine Title is just ... the Ring Magazine Title, nothing to do with lineal any more.

I think I just lost 20 IQ points trying to make sense of that crap you wrote. I'm not going to risk killing off any more of my valuable brain cells by trying to answer it.

"I am 36, but this is just the beginning. I started boxing at the age of 15. It's just the beginning now. I do realize there are not many years left for me in boxing and I don't want to spend much time in boxing." But the Usyk apologists have already crying for months that Fury is waiting for him to get old, while it is Fury who damaged his health with his lifestyle and Usyk was living a strict athlete's lifestyle. But anyway, Dubois started the beginning of Usyk's end. Pabon led him into agony.
