Another explanation for this buffunary might be that they are concerned with the possibility of having low PPV numbers. So they created a fake title to announce and with somewhat recognized names hoping to make the event look better.

I actually met Ugas at the airport in Colombia about 3 weeks ago. We chatted and he said the Thurman fight end of sept was pretty much a done deal. Doubt Thurman lands a bigger fight than Ugas at this point. Not sure what he keeps waiting on. Assuming the pac-man payday was more than enough for him to chill out.

I wrote on here a month ago it'll be Ugas Barrios and not Ugas Thurman cause Sulaiman all ready mentioned in a interview that Ugas is fighting Barrios next
