it is impressive. he is sparring a full fledged 154 guy with head gear and 16 oz gloves and hurting him badly. so its impressive to see pac carrying his power up each weight division.

actually it's 170lbs maybe roach was worried about him being distracted. Basketball is a lot riskier when your running around full speed. You can injure your leg, break your arm and fingers.

i was replying to your comment on dont be silly to believe any fighter does that. so i was saying fighters do do that. okay ill answer your question. roach isnt letting him play ball that i understand. its a non boxing activity that can get him hurt. TRUST ME sparring sessions are not as controlled as you think. a lot of these cats throw 70-100 punches a round in a sparring session. it is controlled to a point on where a fighter is getting seriously hurt.
