So ur saying compared to other european countries that had colonies in Africa, Russia is less horrible by comparison? Why are the Wagner mercenaries there now?

1. I am not saying that. Capitalism model leads to wars and colonization. Russia's communism and socualism models puts forth the working class. Hence the help to african countries. Unfortunately, Russia decided to try capitalism, but it naturally didn't suit it's national mentality. It will scale back after awhile, the beginning of which we see now.

A certain level of respect and care to colored nations is certainly there. It's not surprising some of them want to become Russian citizens.

Russia has no colonies there, unlike some european countries. For years people from Africa came to Russia to study in universities some of which were built for this purpose. Many of them are leaders in their countries now and came to summit in St. Petersburg several weeks ago.

There isn't much resource-wise that Afrca can offer Russia.
