Why is he so passive when it comes to Bud Crawford? It looks like Boots doesn't want the fight.

He should have filed the petition so that the clock would have started ticking for Crawford just like Spence.

IBF orders Spence Ennis within 120 days.

It takes two to tango, as they always say. Neither fighter wants it in this case.

Exactly. Yet the narrative says only Bud Crawford doesn't want the fight, yet it's so clear Boots doesn't want it either..
He's a Showtime fighter. And when he signed with Espinoza it was headlined as something similar to Mayweather's deal years ago.
Meaning, he's backed by a premiere network. Have special privileges that is lacking in many fighters.
What exactly is he doing to make this fight forced on Bud Crawford? Nothing. None. Zero effort.
And Crawford is a free agent. None of the silly crossing the street excuses.

Jaron Boots Ennis is remarkably passive when it comes to Terence Bud Crawford. Filing a petition only takes minutes. It's the least he can do if he's too lazy to talk to Espinoza on a phone.

Ortiz is in no physical shape to be fighting anyone, let alone at 147. Mother father just passed the F out. You want him to die in the ring or something?
