    Shawn Porter - champion

Of that list, only Kell Brook was even moderately physically impaired. And he damn near outboxed Spence until Spence broke him down.

This isn't to dismiss Crawford's win over Spence but to state facts.

It's just comical that so many people here support Crawford ducking mandatories yet when Canelo avoided mandatories you couldn't hear the end of it - he's a ducker, he's a coward, he's a cherry picker etc.

All I've ever asked is for NSB to BE CONSISTENT.

If Crawford is going to vacate, do it now BEFORE fighting anyone else. Don't hold on the belts and then try to get a fight with Canelo or Tank while holding them. That's crap.

I don't care if it's Boots or Stankonia. Bottom line is, mandatories deserve title shots OR big step aside money. Do one or the other. THEN you can go off and do a circus fight with Canelo if it pleases you - NOT as champion.
Duh. Crawford won the belts a few weeks ago. He said before the the fight that he was looking at 154. He has been at welter for many years, waiting on the Spence fight.

Crawford fought all the guys who would fight him, stopped Porter which no had ever done, then thrashed Spence. He isn't "sitting on the belts". He is obviously saying he will go to 168 to fight Charlo or Canelo because those are the biggest money fights near his weight class.

You are blatantly ignoring the fact that Canelo HAS been ignoring mandatories while belt squatting for years. While Bud waited fricking years for PBC to grow a pair and put Spence in the ring with him, and we all saw why Spence was protected from Bud. The two situations aren't remotely the same and you know it. It is inconsistent to say Bud is squatting on belts and ducking his mandatories when he just won the belt and said before the fight, he was waiting for Spence and he will likely vacate and move up for big money fights.

You selectively ignore facts. It is ridiculous. If Bud rematches Spence and then sits on the belts for a year ignoring Staninois and Boots, THEN you will have a valid point. But you are talking nonsense. You are consistent in that, definitely. bud.jpg

id feel pretty comfortable putting money on Crawford actually.
I feel you, only that TC came from 135 Canelo from 147, I doubt TC has grown that deficit and that natural size will be there at 168, no doubt TCs skill will be there but Canelo likes to **** and so does TC, its the power that might seal it, TC can do it and it also could be a bridge too far, so much depends on how Canelo looks with Charlo, if we get the Canelo from the GGG fights its gonna be tough for these guys to beat him.

If this fight ever happens ???
they'll meet at 160 or catch weights for a mega fight, that generates huge ppv numbers, and a mega pay day 4 both.

Yes might as well make these lastbfights count. Get 154,_160 and then 168 maybe?

I'll be back, fellas. Got to go to Lowe's and find a wheelbarrow big enough for Crawford's gargantuan balls.

And what I SAID WAS - since you can't read - I'm fine with that. Vacate the 147 belts NOW so that Boots/Stankonia/etc. can fight for them.

Don't go chasing lightweights and middleweights while holding the belts hostage.

And you straight up did a Chewbacca, excusing that crap again and then trashing Canelo AGAIN.

It's not about who Crawford wants to fight. DO IT AFTER YOU VACATE THE BELTS. You got guys who deserve a shot and have for over a year, if you're not going to fight them, VACATE.

That kind of goes without saying. You for some reason just love posting over and over about something that hasn't happened yet.

And again, as is your MO at this point....you totally ignore the fact that Bud going up to fight for undisputed titles against lineal champs who are 20 pounds heavier than him is nothing like Canelo going to fight Kov or Bivol, for one belt, neither were the best in their division. That would be tantamount to Canelo going up and fighting Biev and challenging the best at 175 for lineal and three belts. If Canelo had done that, NO ONE would say **** about Benavidez, because Biev is a KO monster.

You just can't stand Bud, we get it. No idea why. But stop posting excuses as to why you consistently now make excuses for Spence, and now you are trying to backtrack and make it about "consistency" when the Canelo situation is totally different from what Crawford is talking about possibly doing.

If Crawford hires Mackie he has a legitimate chance.

No, it's the same thing - hypocrisy around here. And you're one of the worst of them. Because you're ignoring that mandatories are due title shots and champions have an obligation to fight or pay them BEFORE doing whatever in some other weight class, which is why Manny got stripped for trying to fight Cryan. It's the same damn thing.

You like circus fights, great. Vacate the belts, do all the circus fights you want and let welterweight get back to business.
