However, we all know that Matchroom isn't going to no court room because they fear they will get exposed. They are not crazy!
I very much doubt they were going to be exposed on this matter.

McCaskill rightly shat herself when someone explained to her just how expensive her ****** comments could be.

And it's obviously not true to anyone with even half a brain.

P-E-DRoom Eddie Hearn should be in no position to enforce any legal action but on himself as he tried to continue with proceeding with a fight when he knew his fighter tested positive.

The moral of the story is….. if you’re going to make an outrageous accusation and don’t have any evidence to back it up, then STFU you dumb, ignorant, beech.

As a result, McCaskill had to get in her knees, suck Eddie’s pee pee, swallow, and say, I’m sorry boss, please don’t sue my dumb arse.

Matchroom hands aren't exactly squeaky clean either. Remember that time when Eddie Hearn had falsely accused Ben Shalom of Boxxxer; For covering up a positive PED test concerning Amir Khan against his fight with Kell Brook?

Shalom threatened to sue both Eddie and Matchroom for slander and defamation of character. Eddie alleged that Shalom knew of the positive result before hand but did not inform the public, commission or Team Brook about it.

Subsequently, after receiving several legal letters; Eddie just laughed them off and called Shalom's bluff

It is because it's all bullshit! No promoter wants to spend time insIde of a court room because of the mounting legals fees it would incur. They are in the business to make money not lose money.

Also, not to mention, the discovery process; In which both parties will be forced to open up their books. Which is why they prefer out of court settlements.

She mentioned retirement in a recent interview, so maybe its the end of the road for her anyway.
