To be fair, he didn't turn professional until he was what, 25? I see where you are coming from though, it's just not everyone can be a Benitez, Mayweather, Leonard, etc. and win a title at a young age.

Nigel Benn in two wars didn't even knock down Eubank.
Calzaghe of 2004-2008 who fought Kessler/Hopkins/Jones would have never knocked Eubank down.
Calzaghe had heavy hands until he broke them. (I actually watched some of his old fights, pre Lacy). From his last hand break, Calzaghe after 2004 basically can't punch with power.

Umm becase prime Calzaghe had tons of power, you don't get an 69% ko rate is you're featherfisted, everyone (bar you it appears) knows that Calzaghe's hands where fcuked by the time he was in his early/mid 30's.
