Froch is overrated IMO, and if he wins the tournment and goes undefeated I would be really shocked, then proud and then say he done alot more than Calzaghe did even if he got beat at a stage maybe.

Given that the best fighter in teh tourney is Kessler who Calzaghe already beat i would say no.

At the very least four of Calzaghes victims would be a strong favourite to win the tourney.

If he beats Kessler, defends over even a few years, wins loads more defences, and then beats a top guy in another division, maybe.

Until then, no.

Calzaghe beat Kessler the best in this tournament, would outbox Taylor, and no one in the tourney beats him. He's in many peoples view the best SMW ever.

Froch does not un do that in a few fights in a tournament put together for them all.

why is fighting utter tomato cans for ten years looked upon as a great accomplishment? i don't think froch will waste ten years of his life like joe did.

also i'm pretty sure froch can win a gift decision over a blown up middleweight at light heavy if he had the same blind judges calzaghe had.
