    I think it’s more apparent now that both are on the decline, more so Oscar who’s just had way too much mileage and and quite frankly was never a top shelf fighter.

      Maybe he could throw for volume if he stopped loading up 20 power punches a round. Not every punch has to be a kill shot.

              Valdez was looking for the shot all night the KOed Berchelt. The few times he let his punches flow he did better, don't know why the corner didn't tell him to stop loading up so much.

              Canelo reflexes are on the decline, he is not getting away from punches like he used to and now is relying on power to bail him out.

                he;s not built like that.

                he's built for hooks and power. not straight punches, speed or volume. he will get outboxed if he doesn't visibly hurt his opponents. eg, even mid guys like Lara and Trout would've won without the visible damage Canelo delt out.
