This is why he was unified champ and you guys are online champs. Some people don't give up when they lose. They go back to the drawing board and try again.

Every time a fighter loses in this era the internet experts come out and say oh he's done. 99.9 % of all great fighters suffer a loss. The true test is how you come back.

I'm interested to see the adjustments and what Spence will improve at in the rematch.

Not gonna lie, I'd enjoy the overrated Spence getting dropped and stopped again

Right, just a waste of time of an article.

Spence could perform better the next time but he is going to have to make some major changes. The first thing he must do is stop jumping right into these title bouts after taking long hiatus' outside of the ring without taking a tune up or two.

That was the first mistake he made against Crawford. Inactivity tends to age prizefighters. Conditioning is of a major importance. He must knock off the ring rust. Also, he must learn not to let himself go between bouts.

Work out at least three times a week to keep himself in fighting shape. So he won't have to cut anywhere between 30-50 lbs per fight.

This causes the body to fatigue and get weaker by depleting itself of all of the vitamins, minerals and nutrients it need. The last thing and the most important thing is he has to do is change his style of life.

No more clubbing, drinking, overeating, chasing hoes and hanging out with the fellas at 3 o'clock in the morning. Stay at home and give your body some much needed rest so it can feel like getting back to the gym the following day.

These are just some of the minor adjustments he need in order to become a more complete prizefighter. It all begins and ends with preparation.

Why not? Can't do any worse and it's the biggest pay day out there. Bid fought the perfect fight so also doubt that happens again.
