Watching that fight, I realized how much I miss Andre Ward compared to Joe Tessitore. Trying to sell us some BS, like our eyes aren't watching the same fight. Tessitore is just as bad as the bi-polar wrestling guy on PBC.

Kriegel and Tessitore are pretty ****ing disgusting though
ESPN had good boxing gut back in the day, Now they are crap.

            They're doing their job.

The problem is when it gets to the extreme stage of being delusional, embarrassing and amateur hour. There are limits to sensationalism or you become a clown show like ESPN.

You are also confusing what should be, and what is. They are biased but they should not be.

It was pretty bad last night. You could tell that ESPN had a plan to create this as a classic Mexican rivalry in the mold.of Marquez/Vasquez and Barrera/Morales.

The reality in the ring was far from that but Tessitore and Bradley pretended we were seeing a classic. Who knows, maybe some viewers bought it.

It's the reason why, after a one sided beatdown, they were asking Navarrete if he wanted to run it back. ESPN always pulls this stuff but it's not as overt as it was last night.

Actually it's up to ESPN to decide how a fight should or should not be called on their network.

If you as a fan don't like it, that's fine, but Joe Tessitore and Tim Bradley are doing exactly what they're supposed to be doing - call the fight the way the production managers tell them to call it.

I wouldn't even pick Navarrete/Valdez to win over faded versions of Morales/Barrera
