Thats not true. People remember Wilder being knocked out. The difference being the nature of the KOs. Wilder got an accumulative clubbing showing courage under fire. AJ has never shown that. In a firefight...AJ doesnt throw enough punches to ward off Wilder....whereas Wilder has consecutively shown his one punch power. And while the shot that knocked out Helenius was a good one....it wasnt something that hasnt been seen before.

Aj was hesitant against this guy, just imagine how much he will be doubting himself in the ring with Wilder. I can't believe people are impressed with this performance.

As a fan of the sport, we should all hope for Fury-Joshua rather than wilder. An all uk heavyweight championship is HUGE for the sport. If you feed AJ to Wilder that will ruin a big fight. We need Fury-Joshua.

AJ let his hands go all of about 3 times in this fight, the rest of the time he wasn't turning over his punches, didn't really throw any combinations and looked hesitant throughout, Helenius was there to be hit from the opening bell.

He's so tentative Wilder will send him to the gulag so quickly it's outrageous, Wilder has a decent jab that disguises the right hand well when he chooses to use it.

And Heleinus was touching him frequently with his and he's slow as molasses in comparison Joshua will have to tighten up defensively real quick...

I don’t think you can fight timid and tentative and expect to beat Wilder.

Parker? Are you high? He's freaking horrible. Went life and death with Junior Fa.

How is Joshua washed up? The only guy he lost to and didn't avenge was Usyk. Fury was too scared to even fight Uysk. That is washed up.

And yes Wilder lost twice but he's still the same fighter. People say such dumb things. He's probably a better fighter for fighting Fury twice

The real issue is people expect AJ to be the monster he was once hyped up to be while he was beating low-level opponents. Same with Wilder. Too many casuals think boxing is a video-game where you can keep using the same move to win.

Even though he still seems timid and shy and I was rooting for the underdog, this AJ was better to watch than safe scared boxing to safe victory AJ. Helenius is a huge dude though he made him look small. After watching the card though I feel like they missed an opportunity and should have tried hard to get hrgovic for the main event. That would've been a good confidence booster.
