Roach hates basketball, apparently.
I disagree..U have to allow your fighter to relax a little bit even during heavy dedicated training. All tense and no relax just makes for a big mess of tense. And you have to be balanced between tension and relaxation, for true speed, and accuracy, and everything..
I think Roach knows this, and he's just trying to hype the fight

i am not worried.....manny has become a brat but he knows what he's doing and where he is as far as his training for the fyt is concerned.
and there should be no excuses if he lose.....

i think the writer (inquirer) got it all wrong i read an article (manila bulletin) PAC out running all the cadets and roach was okey with that ...
it was ariza the conditioning coach who had comments on the extra miles run by pac with the cadets which was out of the prepared program...
i am not sure about the basketball thing ...

basketball is a physical game with some body contacts...manny myt land on the wrong foot and.......fyt postponed!!
