Who wants to see him fight Guerrero? or Hatton? everyone wants Hatton for the easy win.
I also had Paulie winning a close fight. And, I can easily see how some one can have Diaz winning. It was very close fight.

Diaz does have options though. Diaz can get a rematch with JMM. And, it will selll out the Toyota Center in Houston. It will be Championship boxing Main Event. Which means he would get more money. He can fight Hatton. In England and like 20,000+ fans would show up. Another HBO Championship boxing main event. If Guerrero stays with Golden that fight can happen. And, it will draw fans in Houston. Plus both fighters woud be Golden Boy fighters. And, Golden Boy has HBO dates. So Diaz does have option.

Malinnaggi has really no options. Paulie does not really have a fan base. Can't sell tickets. Is not a draw. And, is not the most exciting fighter out there. Does not have a promoter that could guarantee him TV dates. He refuses to take on stay busy type fights. He wants top fighters. But, no top fighter IMO would fight him.

Is true Paulie needs Diaz more than Diaz needs Paulie. But, at the end the rematch will happen. HBO was only willing to pay a sanctioning fee of $750,000 for the whole card. And, Diaz-Malinnaggi splittin the pot 50/50. But, now HBO is adding more money. And, the main event alone will get the $750,000 and it the split will be 55/45 in favor of Diaz. I think they just have to iron out the size of the ring and where it will take place. But, I believe they will fight again on Dec 12.

I'm really losing respect for Diaz. Looks like his good honest guy image is just that, an image. A good honest guy would give Paulie a chance to right the robbery.
              Well said.

And that was a proper pwnage you laid on the writer of the article earlier as well.

I'd say you're on form tonight, Shawn.

Had Diaz winning 7-5, he landed the harder punches and came forward. The first fight wasn't that great imo, I wouldn't mind a rematch but people are making it out to be a must see fight. I would rather watch Diaz/Valero/Marquez/Soto and Paulie/Ortiz/Urango/Alexander.

People are giving Diaz **** when he has been nothing but a warrior his whole career, he was just in the fight of the year but because some ****** kunt of a person Gale Van Hoy gave him 10 rounds he's now one of the most hated guys in Boxing. Like Diaz said he has other options because he draws big crowds, Paulie on the other hand can't draw **** but has the attitude of someone who is owed something. If I were Diaz I would say fight us at 135 or go fight someone in your own division.

Diaz is a bum, their just protecting him from getting another loss without cashing in; which hes still gonna get against any of the other options their looking at but making a little more money on the way out.
